The MEOBDA auditions will take place at GLENPOOL High School on Monday, January 18. (Don’t go to Cleveland, the rest of us WILL make fun of you!)
Directors Meeting in the Media Center at 8:15am
Students will report to their audition room at 8:30am and sign in. Their audition numbers have been pre-assigned to help speed up the process. The outside monitor will keep the audition cards at the door so that cards won’t get lost.
Auditions will begin at 9:00am.
The attachment has the TENTATIVE judging assignments. If there is a problem with your attendence, please let me know ASAP. Remember, you must be present in order for your students to audition. If your name is not on the judging list, fear not, we will have a job for you.
Joann Johnson is putting a menu together for the concession stand. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, let her know by email TODAY if you plan on having your students eat lunch at the concession stand.
